Welcome to our January Professional Learning Day, aka Institute Day. We are asking everyone to create their schedules for the day as it helps our presenters, particularly our outside presenters, prepare for their session(s). We hope the Sched makes navigating your day a bit easier.
This session is focused upon improving the capacity of teachers in all leadership positions whether a Grade Level PLC, SLT Leader, Department Lead, or even as a classroom leader. We will focus on being an adaptive leader with a lens on motivating team members and mediating conflict. This session is open to all teachers and all grade levels and is designed to be a discussion of real challenges facing teams and leaders.
